How do I pay my rent?
An account is created for each resident. You can make cash payments at authorized retailers or online payments.
What is the late fee policy?
Rent is considered late after the 5th. On the 6th, a $30 late charge is added and then $5 per day after, until the balance is paid in full.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets due to insurance purposes.
How do I notify you of maintenance issues?
All maintenance requests should be submitted through the tenant portal or can be emailed to Office@PeakHomesManagement.com
What do I do when I want to give notice that I’m moving out?
A 30 day notice to terminate your lease should be submitted in writing.
The best way to submit this notice is to email Office@PeakHomesManagement.com.
When giving notice, the date of notice and date of vacating should be listed. Once submitted, if you do not receive a response, you should reach back out to make sure that it was received.
